“There are a lot of relationships that have been broken,” Wilson said on Nine’s Footy Classified Monday night.
“There has been a loss of faith in Stuart Dew’s degree from more senior officials at the club than I thought.”

Wilson expressed interest in Dew’s management of his playing squad, which has seen the loss of stars to other clubs to win, including recent premiership players Steven May (Melbourne) and Tom Lynch (Richmond).
“I don’t think some of them were treated well by Stuart Dew,” Wilson said.
“Some … were discouraged by the teacher and went on to do more successful work elsewhere.”
Essendon chief Matthew Lloyd said he believed the trust was affected by the football department.
“I agree there is a mouthful for the Gold Coast Suns,” Lloyd said on Nine’s Footy Classified.
“If you are a strong club, it doesn’t happen.
“People talking about leaving their coach Stuart Dew.”

The Suns, who have lost three of their last five games and sit 13th on the AFL ladder, are yet to finish last since joining the competition in 2011.
“I think the AFL has been suspicious of Stuart Dew for a long time,” Wilson said
But Wilson suggests there is hope for the Suns, who should be looking at Essendon’s appointment of Brad Scott as coach, who see the Bombers fifth on the ladder.
“The club needs a reliable person who can come in like Brad Scott,” Wilson said.
