U.S. Attorney investigating Hunter Biden responded to whistleblower Jim Jordan’s allegations by smashing them all.
CNN said:
“I did not ask to be named Special Counsel,” Weiss wrote to Graham on Monday. “In fact, I discussed with the department officials the appointment under 28 USC § 515, which would have allowed me to file a case in a state that was not my own without the agreement of the United States Attorney.”

The prosecutor also wrote that “he has never been denied the power to prosecute in any jurisdiction.” Shapley said Mr. Weiss said at the same meeting in October 2022 that he was not the person to choose to prosecute Hunter Biden, because the political appointees prevented him from bringing charges in Los Angeles and Washington, DC.
Republicans have made their claims about Biden interfering with the DOJ on behalf of his son on questionable whistleblowers. Some of the people House Republicans called whistleblowers were found to be paying Trump associates.
US Attorney Hunter Biden is a Trump nominee, who responded to a letter from Sen. Lindsey Graham is disputing what has been said as the basis of the Republican investigation into President Biden.
House Republicans have been complaining for months that no one outside of the media would give them their Biden poll. The best reason for the lack of publication is that their witnesses lack credibility, and they did not provide evidence that President Biden did anything wrong.
The Republican investigation into Biden has completely failed.
