Social Health Connexion, often referred to as Connexion, is Health Union annual conference of Health Care Leaders. Social Health Connexion will provide education, resources, and connections to support and influence Social Health Leaders to learn and grow! We also announce and honor the winners of the Social Health Awardswhere Health Union recognizes and celebrates the important work of healthcare leaders.

Connexion profile
Before 2020, Connexion was held in Philadelphia for our Healthcare Leaders. Since then, the Connexion conference has existed. No matter what happens Connexion continues to prioritize communication, education, and growth every year. We have had the pleasure of having speakers Nora McInerney, Tyler Campbell, Rebekah Taussigand more join us to discuss important topics such as:

- Using Social Media as a Health Manager

2023 connection
This year is our 7th annual conference, which will be held on July 25 and 26. We will begin with a warm welcome from the Health Union Leadership Team.
During the 2 days, subscribers will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about health leadership, new strategies, and advocacy tools online
- Set motivational goals
- Share your experiences with Health Leaders in nearly 50 affected communities and the Social Health Network
But that’s not all. For the first time, we will be announcing a new certification program. The Patient Leader Certification program will help you take your Healthcare Leadership skills to the next level. We will conclude with the Social Health Awards Ceremony, where we honor, recognize, and celebrate the work of Health Leaders in all areas and platforms. You’ll want to tune in!
