Doja Cat Slams Fan Accounts & ‘Kittenz’ Nickname – Hollywood Life

Dodge Cat has left some of her fans upset with comments via social media on the weekend of July 22. It all started when he mentioned the name that his followers call themselves – “Kittenz” – in an Instagram comment. “My fans don’t call themselves s***,” he wrote. “If you call yourself a “kitten” or a “cat,” then you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents at home.

They also called out someone who uses her birth name (Amala Ratna Zandile Diamini) on their Instagram account. “You making my state’s name sn is hard as f***,” he wrote. When a loyal fan who uses “kittenz” in their fan account name asked what they should change instead, Doja replied, “Just delete the whole account and rethink everything. It’s not too late.”

He then took the challenge to Threads, where he responded to a fan who said, “I want to hear you say (I love you guys) like. [you usually] tell your fans.” Doja Cat refused to listen, and confused her followers by writing, “I don’t know because I don’t know you all.” After a while, she suspended her Threads account altogether.

Although many fans are standing by Doja Cat, despite sending hurtful messages, there are some who are beginning to question whether they want to remain loyal or not. His comments caused a lot of discussion on social media on the weekend of July 22. In the morning of July 24, he added more confusion when he posted many random pictures of him. Instagram page, including one that read, “I don’t want to be identified.”

Meanwhile, before this started, Doja Cat seemed to have a close relationship with his fans, and he had no problem saying that he loved them. On July 20, he even tweeted, “I can’t wait to go sightseeing! I love you guys! Feeling blessed.” His upcoming tour will begin on Oct. 31 in San Francisco.
