Kim Zolciak says she went to the police over fears Kroy Biermann had put a tracker in her car – before the couple finalized their divorce.
An Atlanta Police Department employee said in a May 16 phone call obtained by Us Thursday, “I have a girl in the lobby who believes her husband has put a tracker on her car and wants to talk to a police officer.”
The woman’s name was redacted from the registry, but the address of Zolciak and Biermann’s shared Alpharetta, Ga., mansion was listed, according to the report.
The police report obtained by the magazine also stated that the woman was “thinking [her] Her husband put a tracker on her [vehicle]/want 59 is an officer,” which is code for “meet” a police officer.
The 45-year-old former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star allegedly accused her just days after she and Biermann, 37, both filed for divorce. They continued to talk about each other’s affairs before they reunited earlier this month.
The former football player accused Zolciak of having a gambling problem that “destroyed him financially.” He asked for custody of their four young children because of his wife’s “abusive behavior”.
Biermann later told police he estimated his wife had lost $1.5 million gambling in their family.
Zolciak denied the allegations, demanded full custody and accused Biermann of psychological abuse and drug addiction, which he denied.

Although their divorce took a turn for the worse, the couple decided to give their marriage another try.
“They’ve been talking lately and they’re getting along, so they decided to call it quits,” a source told Page Friday last week.
Another source added that “insiders” of the couple “are urging them to work through their issues.”
“Their friends are hopeful that they will be able to do that, not only for their children but also because there is still true love between them,” the insider told us.
The former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars have been married since 2011 and share Kroy Jr. (aka KJ), 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9. Biermann is the adoptive father of Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom Zolciak adopted from previous relationships.
