Snake Knapp’s witness said Price WSFA that he saw the boy carrying two adults after he stole a car.
“Whenever I realized it was a little boy, I knew I had to follow them and make sure no one was hit and that they were caught because I don’t want them driving all over Montgomery, causing more accidents or hurting themselves or hurting other people,” Knapp said.
Knapp wondered where the child’s parents were at this time.
I think that parents just need to know where their children are, what their children are doing, and just talk to them about such things.”
