Hollywood liberal and Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer Rob Reiner has a new problem he’s sharing with the world.
Apparently, Reiner believes that artificial intelligence-driven social media manipulation is “far more destructive” than nuclear weapons.
As a Baby Boomer, Reiner must remember the Cold War and all the information about nuclear weapons that was in the media at the time. They realize that nuclear weapons can lead to destruction, right?
From twitchy:
This editor is Gen X and lived through the Cold War, as well as global warming, African killer bees, acid rain, the ozone hole, and more. It’s fun to look back at all the ’80s music videos and videos warning of certain doom; the threat was so pervasive that we all simply stopped caring about it.
Rob Reiner is a weirdo, and he’s scared of artificial intelligence. Not in the sense that killer robots will be mindless, but in the sense that AI is helping broadcast messages, which are “more destructive than nuclear weapons.”
Check out his tweet below:
Disruption using AI through social media is more subtle and more destructive than nuclear weapons. That’s right. That’s the tweet.

Words are more violent than actual nuclear weapons.

Oh yeah….a massive explosion that kills millions and sets off a nuclear fallout that lasts for years, is nowhere near as devastating as a fake tweet.
I saw the wrong post the other day, and now all my hair has fallen out and I have cancer…..true story. https://t.co/MgCCNfgCq2— DeplorableTexan (@ElliffGreg) July 10, 2023
Someone needs to take the phone away from him.
