Former One Direction member Liam Payne is celebrating six months after being sober and says 100 days of no contact in rehab have turned things around after his negative comments about One Direction shocked fans – a moment he believes saved his life.

“I just had to isolate myself a little bit because I became someone I didn’t know anymore,” he added. “I hope you didn’t either.”

Payne said that she had “power over life and everything that was leaving me; I just feel like I have more to do.”
