However, recently, Kashmera Shah, who played a major role in the film, explained how he struggled in some situations. Kashmera revealed what she had done with Bijay Anand, whereupon Ajay had to intervene. Despite the difficulties, Kashmera was grateful No and Kajol for supporting and standing by during the shoot.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Kashmera revealed that Bijay did not stand by his mark, which led to him repeating it several times. Ajay Devgn, realizing the discomfort that Kashmera and Kajol faced, intervened and met Bijay, encouraging him to do better. The scene took place in an elevator, which requires precise angles and movements. Kashmera pointed out that kissing was an important thing 25 years ago, but she accepted it because of her writing. The incident made Ajay take a stand and express his concern over repeated returns, encouraging Kashmera’s life in the planning process.

A few days later, Kashmera and Bijay had to shoot when they had to slap him. According to Kashmera, in a moment of power, he slapped Bijay hard. Then he approached him in front of everyone and talked about his slap, and said, “Don’t you know how to steal a slap?” Kashmera quickly replied, “Don’t you know how to fake a kiss?” He said that the whole team appreciated his bravery, and he was very emotional during this difficult time.
Kashmera also revealed that Bijay showed anger several times during the film, while the original stars remained subdued. He also said that Bijay asked the workers to put shoes on him.
Bijay on critical behavior and naming conflicts
In another interview, Bijay himself spoke about his disappointment with the film. He revealed that his words were said by someone else, which was hurtful and embarrassing for him. He felt that this decision was made to enhance Ajay’s personality, which led to his disillusionment with the industry and his retirement after 17 years.
