Rangappa said if there is a decision, it is close and he hopes in the next few weeks.
“I would expect to see criminal charges related to electoral fraud, this could be lying to public officials, conspiracies to obstruct the assembly – that’s another case,” Mr Rangappa told ABC Live.
And the main thing I’m waiting to see if Jack Smith goes there, is that he pays Trumpet and any crime related to incitement or attack, which may directly relate to his words and his intention to incite people to violence.
“This would be a very high-level issue of the law on freedom of speech. I want to see if Jack Smith is ready to join the fight,” he concluded.
