Cardi B and Offset never do anything by half, and they proved it when their daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus he turned 5 on Monday! In a July 10 Instagram post, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper shared photos and videos of Kulture enjoying the day in a purple tutu and lace-up ballerina shoes.
