Senator Chuck Grassley on Thursday released an FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $5 million bribe with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.
The FD-1023 form alleged by then-Vice President Joe Biden forced Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden $10 million.
According to the affidavit, Biden’s bribery plan was described as “poluchili,” which is a Russian conspiracy term for “forced or coerced to give.”

According to a confidential FBI source, the management of Burisma, a Ukrainian oil company, brought Hunter Biden to the public to “protect us through his father, from any kind of trouble.” At the time, Burisma wanted to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin. As for how the research affected his plans in North America, CEO of Burisma Mykola Zlochevsky says, “Don’t worry Hunter will solve all these problems through his father.” Zlochevsky allegedly had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he called ‘poluchili,’ which is a Russian conspiracy term for “forced or coerced to pay,” according to the affidavit.
Also, according to the affidavit, Zlochevsky allegedly has text messages and tapes that show he was APPROVED to pay the Bidens to ensure that Ukrainian Attorney General Viktor Shokin was fired.

Zlochevsky also kept two documents, possibly financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, according to the affidavit.

Zlochevsky said he has numerous text messages and tapes that show he was forced to pay Biden to ensure Shokin was fired. Specifically, he said he has two recordings with Joe Biden and 15 recordings with Hunter Biden. Zlochevsky also kept two documents, possibly financial records, as evidence of the scheme, but said he did not send any money to the “Big Guy,” a term that is understood to refer to Joe Biden. References to the “Big Guy” appeared in communications related to other Biden family businesses independent of Burisma’s plan. Zlochevsky said it could take investigators 10 years to uncover Biden’s payments, according to the affidavit.
