Rugby legend Paul Vautin has been full of praise for the team’s new coach during the Nine’s Broncos v Rabbitohs game.

“Andrew Webster, he just turned the whole team around, well done to him,” Vautin said.

Niukore has finished

Warriors second rower Marata Niukore gave his team a strong start when he kicked a hole in the opening shifts.

Hudson Young leveled it with a breakaway attempt off the back of a Warriors error in the 18th minute.

After the goal shortly after, the Warriors went into halftime with a 14-6 lead thanks to former Raider Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad’s halftime score.

Try-scorer Dallin Watene-Zelezniak was the first over half-time, and by the 56th minute the Warriors led 20-6 thanks to a goal.

Raiders striker Jordan Rapana gave his side the lead when he crossed in the 63rd minute.
