What Are the Disadvantages of Flowlu?
Every good software has a few problems, and Flowlu is no exception.
Although it is very good in many aspects, here are few weaknesses of Flowlu:
- Limited CRM capabilities – Flowlu offers great CRM tools that businesses should take advantage of. However, many sales and marketing companies have found this lacking when it comes to things like A/B testing, web design, live chat, and tracking.
- Customer support is limited – Although Flowlu offers many useful videos and articles, their customers were poor throughout the testing period. At first, we had to look through several articles to find out how to contact their support team, and even then, we couldn’t send them a message from the platform. Since Flowlu is such a great platform, we were disappointed that they didn’t offer any kind of live chat or phone support.
Flow integration
When it comes to finding the right tools to run your business, one important thing is the ability to integrate your favorite platforms.
Fortunately, Flowlu offers several of our favorites, including:
- Laziness
- MailChimp
- Calendar
- Telephone
- GitLab
We’ve said it before (and we’ll say it again) Slack is the best communication tool we use every day.
So, we were very happy to know that it has a native integration with Flowlu. We started by integrating Slack with Flowlu (shown below) and found it seamless!
In addition to Slack, we also installed MailChimp and Flowlu to better manage our email marketing campaigns.
While Flowlu may not have a lot of variety when it comes to integration, it does providing a number of powerful strategies that help improve business management.
How to Get Started with Flowlu
The check-in process with Flowlu was excellent.
First, we landed on the home page, where we were greeted with a call to action (CTA). join for free.
We started with a free trial and just clicked on the CTA button (and then upgraded during the 3 month trial).
From there, we logged into our Small Business Bonfire email, and logged in. It was simple. Here is the layout to give you a better idea.
But that’s where things got really interesting. We were there input to the path forward (shown below) that helped us step by step on how to adapt Flowlu to our business.
There were 52 steps to progress, all of which were steps that guided us through the installation process.
We’ve tested many platforms over the years at Small Business Bonfire, and we can easily say this Flowlu is full and deep when it comes to starting.
After 52 steps, we felt like we could teach the Flowlu course!
Is Flowlu Easy to Use?
In all of our testing, we found Flowlu easy to use.
There is a slight learning curve for some of the more advanced things like automation or financial management. However, Flow provides excellent videos and articles to make it easier.
The marketing strategy really helps in this process, too.
As we said, it is a 52-step guide that walks you through all aspects of Flowlu. Basically, after you finish the study guide, you should be updated to have a study plan.
At the end of the day, Flowlu is a powerful platform that can do a lot for your business once you get it. For ease of use, we give it 8/10.

Flowlu Customer Review
First of all, we have to thank Flowlu for his insights. They have a lot documents and lesson movies which is very useful.
If you’re new to the software or need a refresher on certain features, then the knowledge base will be your go-to resource.
However, when it came to connecting with the customer, we found it difficult.
We sent an email asking about the possibility of integrating Slack with Flowlu, and it took 24 hours to respond. While it wasn’t the worst we’ve ever seen, we expected things to change quickly.
On the bright side, we were able to answer our question using information. So in a way, it’s a testament to how supportive their economy is.
Overall, we think the Flowlu client could use some improvements in the process.
But if you want to dig a little deeper into your knowledge base, then you will get the answer to your question without having to contact the customer service.
