DO IT! Jim Jordan Supports Proposal to Remove FBI From Washington, DC – Offers Alabama | The Gateway Pundit | by Mike LaChance

Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio supports the idea of moving the FBI from Washington, DC to other parts of the country where they are supposed to serve. He suggested Alabama as a possibility.

In addition to changing many leadership positions, this would be good for the office and could save itself.

The FBI has been heavily involved in beltway politics, which shouldn’t be a concern, unless a crime has been committed.

Jordan is on to something here.

Just the Story reports:

Jim Jordan is looking to start the FBI from DC, suggests a new HQ in Alabama

As House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, continues to blast the FBI and Department of Justice for alleged political interference in the justice system and law enforcement, he is looking for a way to separate the court from the conspiracy in the nation’s capital.

To this end, he supported the effort to relocate the FBI headquarters, pointing to the current location in Huntsville, Ala., in order to eliminate the office, he wrote a second letter to the House Oversight Committee that urges the House to use the “power of the purse” to advance major reforms. The organization wants to move from the capital to the rural areas.

“The committee is concerned about the political transfer of law enforcement authority from FBI headquarters in Washington, DC,” he wrote. “The centralization of the FBI’s operations in the National Capitol Region has led to the duplication of work that is best left to other offices, has served to reduce the independence of local offices, and has allowed undue political influence to interfere with investigations and law enforcement activities.”

This should be done by more agencies than the FBI.

These organizations serve all of America, not just Washington, DC.

Decentralize them all.
