According to the doctors, obtained by TMZ, Adam agreed to pay Lynette at least $17K per month in child support for their 17-year-old twin children, Santino and Natalia. That is a temporary number, and additional child support may be called for in the future depending on Adam’s finances.
The exes also agree to split the cost of their children’s school work, including things like college test prep fees, cell phones, and tuition…
At the doctors, Adam also agrees to pay Lynette $30K per month to support her. The payments started earlier this year, so that means Adam has already taken down $329K in the first half of 2023.

Adam announced that he and Lynette were divorcing in 2021, saying they had already been separated for several months. They have been married since 2002.
He told the audience of the ‘Adam Corolla Show’ that there was no drama between them – it’s just that now they are different people who change life differently, and they could not “meet in the middle somewhere.”
