8 DC animated movies you should watch

The Flashpoint Paradox makes full use of the source material to present a dark, time-traveling story that forces the Flash to face all the challenges of disrupting his future, along with his archenemy, Professor Zoom.

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker

Set in the Neo-Gotham of the future, Bruce Wayne’s current bodyguard, Terry McGinnis, faces off against the Dark Knight’s arch-enemy after he mysteriously returns from the dead.

This Annie Award winning film is a dark piece DC’s Animated Universe, shows how the Joker hacked Tim Drake’s brain to fight Batman, leaving deep scars on the minds of the Dark Knight and his young ward. However, audiences should watch the uncut version of the film if they want to feel the power of this horror flick.

The Death of Superman (2018)

In his ongoing battle against the Justice League, Darkseid sends his new weapon, Doomsday, to destroy the world, pitting him against Superman.

When Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice it can disrupt Doomsday into its third phase, Death of Superman focuses on the Man of Steel, his challenges, and his epic battle with this alien monster, providing a faithful and direct take on the classic comic book.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and 2 (2012 and 2013)
