According to PEOPLE18-year-old Jazmin Paez was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail on Wednesday.

From there, the Miami-Dade Police Department became involved in the investigation. Authorities traced the IP address of the computer used to create the website and confirmed it belonged to Paez.

He then posed as a hired man and “had a conversation” with Paez, during which he repeated that he wanted his son killed.
