Young Boy Distributes Water Bottles To Help People Beat The Heat; Internet Approves

The torrid heat currently prevailing in Delhi is almost unbearable. Just thinking about spending some time in the sun has some of us sweating nowadays! And it’s not just here, there is a massive heatwave all around the country! As a matter of fact, Delhi recorded its second hottest April in 72 years, with temperatures rising as high as 43.5 degrees Celsius. That’s not all, parts of Rajasthan and Maharashtra have reported temperatures fluctuating between 40 to 45 degrees Celsius. It has become extremely difficult to survive in this scorching heat, even indoors! Now imagine what a difficulty it would be for street vendors to survive in this heat. One boy has decided to make a difference by helping out street vendors and his initiative is being appreciated all over the internet. Take a look at the video:

Shared by IAS officer Awanish Sharan on Twitter, the video shows a little boy going around the streets, distributing water bottles to street vendors. The video has over 249k views, 16.1k likes and 1.9k retweets. People were awestruck to see the little kid make a difference by helping street vendors beat dehydration in this desperate condition. The video is the physical representation of the phrase, “A small act of kindness goes a long way!”
