Try including green vegetables and fruits in your diet. And try to avoid processed food as much as you can. Processed food has a lot of sugar, which helps in pimples popping out. Eat a balanced diet and you will start seeing results in a short period of time only. This way you will look fit and glowing, on your most important day.

Apply facepack once a week


In the present times, there is a lot of pollution and pollution majorly damages the skin. Makeup only hides the pigmentation and dullness but if you want spotless and healthy skin, try to apply a face pack once a week. Home made face packs work like a miracle and they can be prepared with kitchen ingredients only. 2-3 liters of water intake


Water works like a miracle. In our busy schedule we usually do not notice but our water intake is very less. Improve your sleep cycle
