While Kim herself admitted to being on a no-carb and no-sugar diet for the event and the dress, her fitness trainer has revealed something more about her weight loss journey.
In response to media queries on if losing so much weight within a short span of time is unhealthy, her trainer has refuted and has said that she was working out twice a day and was on a balanced diet.
It was not like she was starving herself to lose weight, says the trainer. “So I mean I was there through the process, so it wasn’t like a starving yourself type of thing. I mean she went on a real balanced diet and at times, you know, she wouldn’t eat as much. But then the second thing was she was in the gym and put the work in, “her trainer told the media.
Kim is famous for her experimental manners.
After the birth of her second child she put herself through the Atkins diet and lost about 70 pounds. The Atkins diet is a low carb diet which was brought into practice by cardiologist Robert C Atkins.
For the 2018 Met Gala she had lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks.
