All you need to do is, in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup cooked rice, 1 cup buttermilk, salt to taste, ½ chopped cucumber, ½ onion, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, tbsp pomegranate seeds, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp black salt and mix well.
